What to expect
Upon your arrival we will ask you to complete our comprehensive intake form before the consultation commences. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out this paperwork so we can get a detailed view of your current health and any health concerns you may have.
We start by gaining a thorough understanding of your current condition so we can develop an appropriate care plan for you. Then, we’ll get straight to work on helping to relieve your symptoms and improving your overall health.
What to bring
We suggest that you wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing to allow your body to move freely during any assessment or treatment.
If you have Private Health Insurance “extras” that covers Remedial Massage/Myotherapy, bring your card along with you. Most health fund claims can be processed through our HICAPS terminal so that you’ll only need to pay the “gap” on the day.
Where we are
Our practice is located at 1127 Frankston-Flinders Road, Somerville. On-site parking is available at the rear of the practice as well as limited on-street parking on Frankston-Flinders Road (please check signage for restrictions).
Should you need to change or cancel an appointment time we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This enables us to offer available times to those needing a last minute appointment. A cancellation fee is charged if adequate notice is not given.
If this is your first time experiencing Remedial Massage or Myotherapy, don’t worry, we are here to make sure you understand the process every step of the way. From the first welcome you receive as you enter our practice, through to the outstanding care our expert Remedial Massage Therapist or Myotherapist will provide you with, you can rest assured that you are in great hands.
